Glint: A Digital Counselor for International Students
As part of a Masters course, I led UX research and design for Glint, a platform helping international students navigate university applications in Germany, turning a maze of fragmented websites and bureaucratic hurdles into a guided experience with smart onboarding, an application tracker, and an AI counselor. Shaped every core flow through usability testing and iterative design, from signup and search to the chatbot and deadline tracking.
